Up to 30% of calls are personal.

Of course some calls such as phoning home when working late or when travelling abroad are often taken as ligimate calls whereas other calls to family friends or "X" factor voting are not.

 

In many Corporations there are managerial discussions relating to personal usage from a morale standpoint to VAT implications. Developing a Personal Usage policy or just producing reports that separate business calls from personal calls very often produces a 10% reduction in costs.
